What you will do
1. GENERAL TASKS:
The role will be responsible for managing team of 5-7 sales executives and would be responsible for merchant acquisition, driving growth, happiness, and deep relationships with our merchant partners.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage 5-7 members sales team
Responsible for end to end life cycle management for merchant partners from acquisition to growth.
Build a curated portfolio of merchant partners and build strong relationship with them
Provide data driven consultation and support to these set of merchants
Work with high potential SME (Small and Medium enterprise) merchants and should them in their growth
3. REQUEST FOR WORK
Experience: 8-10 years of work experience in sales/ merchant operations
Team management experience
Ability to work in a start-up environment and ability to take initiatives
Strong negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and ability to work in fast pace, high uncertainty environment
Understanding market and online business (food delivery) would be a plus
There is a high sense of ownership, dedication, and dedication to work.
