Brand Management

Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities
Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity. Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
Campaign Management:
Develop & manage marketing activities.
Work with Agencies to ensure effective & timely execution of marketing activities.
Cooperate with other functions (PR, Partnership, Finance…) to ensure effectiveness & timeliness of all marketing activities.
Monitors budget spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders 

Data Analysis

Evaluate the performance of brand/services, consumer insights, market changes, competitors’ movements to quickly have reactions.
Market analysis base on intelligence data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities as well as forecast market changes in mid/ long-term.

Strong knowledge and experience with Brand Building.
Strong Marketing Planning, decision making and Execution capability in a fast-paced technology or FMCG industry.
Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects.
