What you will do
1. Teaching and Academic Tasks
Teaching as assigned schedules or urgent requests.
Proposing the suitable adjustments or enhancements to the academic program following the needs of the Trainers and the Trainees.
Supporting in building and/or revising the academic program as required.
2. Facility and Stationery Management
Keeping track of the condition and quantity of facility and stationery regularly or as required.
Collaborating with the Training Executive to place the order and receive the stationery monthly.
Ensuring the stationery at the Training rooms filled and prepared.
Dealing with or supporting other related departments in technical issue arising in Training rooms.
Working with the other departments (IT, Admin, Security, etc.) to ensure the facility and equipment in good and working condition.
3. Operational Tasks
Supporting, coordinating, and conducting the daily operational tasks: guiding the Trainees to the training rooms, giving further instructions to Trainees within responsibilities, and managing/allocating the Trainers.
Keeping track of the daily trainees and conducting the daily reports.
Coordinating with Customer Service team to ensure all trainees of the day joined the training.
Collecting the data of the drivers participating the training during the day.
Generating the reports as required.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Effective teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to retrain after being enrolled in courses.
